Shipping and Delivery Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on Royal Grandeur, an India-based website offering apparel, clothing, and rehabilitation-related products. By placing an order, you agree to the terms stated below.

  1. Order Processing
  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
  • Standard order processing time is 2–5 business days, excluding National holidays.
  • Orders involving multiple items may be shipped together or separately at Royal Grandeur’s discretion.
  • Royal Grandeur reserve the right to delay or cancel any order due to stock availability, quality checks, verification requirements, or any other non-explainable unexpected reasons.
  1. Shipping Coverage
  • Royal Grandeur ships only within India.
  • Deliveries are handled through third-party courier and logistics partners.
  • Once dispatched, shipment movement and delivery timelines are governed by the logistical partner.
  1. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges are additional and not included in the product price unless explicitly mentioned.
  • Shipping fees depends on delivery location.
  • All applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
  • GST is included in the product price unless stated otherwise.
  1. Delivery Timeline
  • Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary based on logistics operations and delivery location.
  • Royal Grandeur shall not be responsible for delays caused by logistical partner’s, weather conditions, natural calamities, bandh, strikes, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.
  1. Product Handling & Dispatch
  • Apparel and clothing products are packed after standard quality inspection.
  • Rehabilitation products are packed securely to prevent transit damage.
  •  Minor packaging wear & tear during transit does not qualify as product damage.
  • Royal Grandeur’s responsibility is limited to handing over the shipment to the logistical partner in proper condition.
  1. Transfer of Responsibility
  • Responsibility for delivery is deemed transferred to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the logistical partner.
  • Any loss, delay, or damage after dispatch shall be addressed in accordance with the logistical partner’s policies.
  1. Address Accuracy
  • Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery address details, including PIN code and Contact number.
  • Royal Grandeur shall not be liable for delivery failure due to incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable address information.
  1. Damaged, Tampered, or Opened Packages
  • Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery.
  • Any visible damage, tampering, or opened packaging must be reported within 1 hour of delivery with clear images or video proof.
  • Claims raised after this period will not be accepted.
  • Damage limited to outer packaging without affecting product usability will be considered on case to case on our own discretion.
  1. Failed Delivery, Returned or Redirected Shipments
  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or incorrect address details, no refund shall be issued.
  • Re-shipping, if approved, will require payment of additional shipping charges.
  • Any request to change the delivery address after an order has been placed will not be entertained. The Company/Seller will not bear any additional costs arising from a change in delivery destination.
  • Returned shipments may be restocked or held without any obligation to re-ship.
  1. No Return, No Refund, No Exchange
  • Royal Grandeur follows a strict no return, no refund, and no exchange policy for all products sold on the website.
  • Once an order has been placed and successfully delivered, it shall not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
  • Due to the nature of apparel (hygiene considerations) and rehabilitation products (health and personal use items), all sales are final.
  • In case of confirmed non-delivery caused by courier failure, Royal Grandeur may, at its sole discretion, offer a re-shipment or store credit. Cash refunds shall not be provided.
  • Requests arising due to change of mind, size issues, color preference, fit, or personal dissatisfaction shall not be entertained.
  • For reasons of hygiene, safety, and product integrity, all clothing, intimate apparel, and rehabilitation or wellness products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Customers are advised to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and size charts before placing an order.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian laws, Royal Grandeur shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to shipping or delivery.
  • Any liability, if applicable, shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.
  1. Policy Updates
  • Royal Grandeur reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
