At Royal Grandeur, we take utmost care to ensure that all products are quality-checked and securely packed before dispatch. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

  1. No Return / No Exchange / No Refund Policy
  • Royal Grandeur follows a strict No Return, No Exchange, and No Refund policy for all products sold on the website.
  • Due to the nature of apparel (hygiene considerations) and rehabilitation products (health and personal use items), all sales are final.
  • Once an order has been placed and successfully delivered, it shall not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
  • In case of confirmed non-delivery caused by courier failure, Royal Grandeur may, at its sole discretion, offer a re-shipment or store credit. Cash refunds shall not be provided.
  • Requests arising due to change of mind, size issues, color preference, fit, or personal dissatisfaction shall not be entertained.
  • For reasons of hygiene, safety, and product integrity, all clothing, intimate apparel, and rehabilitation or wellness products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Customers are advised to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and size charts before placing an order.
  1. Apparel & Rehabilitation Products
  • For reasons of hygiene, safety, and product integrity, all apparel and rehabilitation or wellness products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Apparels and Rehabilitation products are personal-use items and cannot be accepted back once delivered, even if unused or unopened.
  1. Order Cancellation Policy
  • Customers may request cancellation of an order only before the order is processed or dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Cancellation requests can be initiated through the Royal Grandeur website by logging into the website account or by submitting a request via the “Contact Us – WhatsApp”, along with the order details.
  • Once an order has been processed or handed over to a logistics partner, cancellation requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. All requests are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of Royal Grandeur.
  • Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.
  • Royal Grandeur reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity or for any other reason if felt it would harm the company’s integrity and goodwill. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded to the original mode of payment within 7-14 business days.
  1. Damaged, Tampered or Opened Packages
  • In the rare event that a product is delivered in a damaged condition or is incorrect, customers must notify us within 1 hour of delivery along with clear photos/videos of the issue.
  • Such cases will be reviewed internally, and resolution will be provided at the sole discretion of Royal Grandeur.
  • Failure to report within the specified timeframe will result in the request being declined.
  • Damage limited to outer packaging without affecting product usability will be considered on case to case on our own discretion.
